peace to y'all!! Help me please, Abstrak! Actually I find it difficult to combine flare-90 and flare-airflare. I can't keep my legs and body high, I do a lot of flares but these two combos is just extremely difficult for me! do the contain some secrets? please, explain how I should learn these combos, I'd be very greatful to you/ peace and respect!

my fault i havent checkd the forum in a bit.....
Well...FLARE-90.....are you trying to get this combo or combine it ....
to get it::: practice trying to do flare-hand-stand....the kicking leg should stretch-out upward then (in one motion)....2nd leg kicks to the side and back [behind you]....lean foward as if tucking your head in or down)
another tip .... try practicing...flare and stop in the back....so basically pausing in the air.
FLARE AIRFLARE.....you should ask one who has it down to a science..haha i've done it before but never really stuck wit em you know......
