Whaddup skillmethodz! My name is Bangerang, Im with the Rhythm Riderz up in Vermont. My question is weather or not it is a good idea to practice while sore? Of course it is very important to listen to your body, with that being said on days when the pain is extreme its a good Idea to take that day of and to some light stretching. Id jus like to hear what your experience says and what approach you have to muscle soreness. All advice is appreciated. Also I dont know if any of you have heard of a homeopathic remedy called Arnica Montana, if not I highly recommend it. Its a herb that grows in the alps as well as parts of Northern North America, hikers in those areas used to chew on the leaves to relieve their aches and pains. Check it out for yourselfs, Its best when applied topically.
