peace yall i was wondering if theyres any special diets yall are on or recommend,im trying to get myself back into my best form(i quit smoking)and have gotten back into my excercise routine like i used to,i just wanna be on that commando ish you know?and i wanna feel alot better inside,oh by the way any particular excerises and or stretches do you recommend?any advice i would greatly and i mean greatly appreciated!!thanks folks and hopefully see yall around in 06 and beyond peace -d ft lauderdale fla

Just run like Forest and eat spinch. Or better, arroz con sal checha con platanos. ha. ;D thats good that you stopped smoking. just run and practice hard. oh no junk food. thats all i gotta say about that. peace ~taktix~

Well...of course 'healthy foods'... no junk food....and a lot of exercise and conditioning... In a way we gotta train like gymnists... Not all Bboys' body are the same, some are fit naturally and others have to work the body for it to be fit. Drills Drills Drills...(not head drills...conditioning drills) such as...flares, windmills, backspins, footwork...air moves...all that.
Many Many sets of each in a practice...that'll definitely help...I know cuz it helped me.
GOTTA PUSH YOURSELF...NO ELSE WILL!

As for what diets are good for b boys Ive always been interested in fitness and nutrition so when I got into b boying Ive been asking myself the same question. I recently discovered somethin called the warrior diet, I thought that such a name deserved some attention. It is pretty much based on the eating habbits of ancient warriors in rome. If your interested google it, I would say that its worth the read even if you decide it isnt for you.

Try it out and tell me what you think. wierd thing about the warrior diet that really stuck out is that it makes you more primal(almost agressive) which isnt bad at all in a battle Anyway lemmi know if you need any links to that shit, or if you want I can forward some of the emails I get frm them.
