hello, i have a question i have been meaning to ask pro bboys do you stretch every day, or stretch only on days you train, or do you not need to stretch at all? when is the best time to stretch, i hear its in the morning is this true? thanks in advance peace

stretching is extremely important... its is best to do a light warm up befor practice... then stretch well.... practice... and stretch again right after practice... this will benifit you in so many ways... from imediate results in your abilitys to the physical longevity of your activity in the dance...for references on good stretching tech and overall conditioning... go to drillsandskills.com ....peace..
